What is Gems of Latam?

How do I reset my password?

In the app or on this site, tap Login then select "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. The link is valid for 24 hours.

I lost my gems — what happened?

Gems decrease naturally when you place bets on slot machines. If you believe gems disappeared due to a technical error (not from normal gameplay), contact our support team with your username and the approximate time/date the issue occurred. We'll investigate and restore gems if it was our error.

The app keeps crashing — how do I fix it?

How do I delete my account?

Email us at supportgems-of-latam.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered email and username. We'll process the deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation. All game progress and gem balances are permanently removed and cannot be recovered after deletion.

Is the app available on iOS / iPhone?

Currently, Gems of Latam is available on Android via Google Play only. We're exploring iOS availability for the future. Follow our Facebook page or check this website for announcements about new platforms.

How do I report another player's bad behavior?

Use the in-app report button next to any player's profile or message. Alternatively, email supportgems-of-latam.com with details of the incident (username of the player, what happened, approximate time). We review all reports within 48 hours and take appropriate action to keep the community respectful.

Are there age restrictions?

Yes. Gems of Latam is intended for players aged 18 and over. While no real-money gambling occurs, the app simulates casino-style gameplay appropriate only for adults. By using the app, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.

What languages does the app support?
