This page explains how long we retain your personal data and what happens to it after you stop using Gems of Latam.
We retain your account data (email, username, game progress) for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, your personal data is erased within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Records of in-app purchases and gem transactions are retained for 7 years for legal and financial compliance. These records are anonymized upon account deletion.
Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement. This data cannot be linked back to individual users.
Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data are retained for a maximum of 13 months in line with industry standards.
Support tickets and correspondence are retained for 2 years to allow follow-up and improve support quality.

This Content Policy governs what is and is not allowed in Gems of Latam, including in-game chat, user profiles, and any public-facing user-generated content.
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent ban:
Do not share copyrighted material you do not have the rights to. We respect intellectual property and remove infringing content upon valid notification.
Use the in-app report button or email supportgems-of-latam.com. We review all reports within 48 hours.
Gems of Latam is free-to-play and supported by advertising. This page explains how ads work and your choices regarding them.
We use advertising identifiers to show relevant ads and keep the app free. You can opt out in your device settings: Android → Privacy → Tracking; Android → Google Settings → Ads → Opt Out of Ads Personalization.
We work with reputable third-party networks. These may collect data per their own privacy policies. We do not allow partners to collect sensitive personal information through our app.
We do not display ads for: real-money gambling, tobacco, alcohol, adult content, or any illegal products or services.
Rewarded ads are always optional. Interstitial ads appear no more than once every 5 minutes of gameplay. We are committed to a non-intrusive ad experience.
